Cannock, United Kingdom Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Full time

Are you a Mental Health Practitioner (RMN) looking for a new opportunity to work in an organisation that will help you develop and achieve your goals to become the best you can be? If so, you're in luck.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Mental Health Practitioner to join our newly established Sexual Abuse and Assault Pathway in South Staffordshire. This role is to work exclusively in the Sexual Assault services pathway provided by Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, North Staffordshire combined NHS Trust, VCSE (Survive and Woman's aid) and Staffordshire police crime commissioner.

We are an award-winning team and have recently been ranked by HSJ awards as top in the Midlands for Mental Health, Learning and Development and Community Trusts as Best Place to work recommended by employees. When you come to work with us, we will help you reach your full potential. Not only that, we will actively seek opportunities to share the great things you are doing, with others locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Working in an identified Sexual Abuse and Assault mental health pathway, with the flexibility of working across pathways, dependent on skill and service need.
- Delivering high-quality clinical service to service users and their families.
- Managing a complex caseload and being responsible for clinical and caseload supervision of other team members where identified.
- Operating as a care coordinator for a defined caseload of service users
- Delivering therapeutic interventions, following an agreed care plan, to an identified group of people experiencing mental health-related difficulties.

MPFT provides physical and mental health care, learning disability, and adult social care services across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Shropshire, and Telford & Wrekin. In addition, we provide services on a wider regional and national basis. We serve a population of 1.5 million and employ around 8,500 members of staff.

By joining MPFT you will become part of a diverse and inclusive team who are empowered and supported to deliver care in a way which is consistent with our values:

- putting people at the heart of what we do
- empowering people to improve care and wellbeing
- delivering better health, better care in partnership

We are embedding values based and inclusive recruitment practices to ensure that all applicants, from any backgrounds, from under-represented groups, such as black, Asian or other ethnic groups, individuals with a disability, or LGBTQ+ individuals. All have an equal chance of success in achieving a role with us.

We will support your career development and progression. Membership of the excellent NHS pension scheme, generous maternity, paternity, adoption leave, pay and the option for flexible working. You will receive up to 27 days annual leave (increasing to 33 days) and the opportunity to purchase additional annual leave.
