The ideal candidate will need to have at least 2 years of experience in renewal negotiation and/or letting property management. They should be adept at managing high volumes of tasks with a meticulous approach to compliance and legislation. This dual role will encompass processing any changes of tenants, specifically dealing with referencing, right to rent checks, compliance, tenancy agreements, and ad-hoc lettings administration. An excellent understanding of the lettings process is essential, coupled with a genuine passion for property and customer service. Proven task management and organisational skills will be crucial for success in this role. Qualifications such as ARLA will be welcomed.
