The successful candidates will be required to be flexible in their working and good communicators in all formats. This is a challenging role in a highly pressured environment at a time of significant change.This roles key function is working within the migration team having particular regard to citizens approaching for assistance under the Homes for Ukraine and Ukraine Permission Extensions programs.You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people who can be very stressed and anxious whilst remaining calm to understand their issues and provide them with the necessary advice within a legal framework.
