At Westminster Housing, we are focused and dedicated in providing accommodation for the homeless. We provide accommodation to vulnerable adults with Mental Health, Offending History, Learning Disabilities and Substance Misuse. Reds Housing ensure that the clients are always put at the heart of the service provision ensuring we deliver excellent performance and service delivery. We provide a floating support service to encourage and promote independence so that the clients can take the relevant steps needed to move forward.

Westminster Housing are seeking an experienced and competent Housing Administrator to fulfil office duties and carry out assessments.

Duties include but will not be limited to:

- Referral Risk Assessments
- Housing Allocation
- Housing Benefit Claims
- Updating Compliance Documents
- Contacting Landlords
- Liaising With Support Staff
- Liaising With External Agencies
- Liaising With Management
- Photocopying And Filing
- Have some experience in working with Vulnerable Adults
- Have a good level of written and spoken English
- Have strong organisational and time management abilities
- Have good communications skills
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Can work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Be punctual and display good levels of attendance
- Demonstrate the ability to manage a workload and work to targets and deadlines

This is a full time role:
Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
