We have an exciting opportunity for a **Casework Coordinator** to join our Refugee Support and Restoring Family Links (RSRFL) team. In this role you’ll be responsible for coordinating and delivering casework services for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Birmingham, with a focus on the Kent and Sussex area. You’ll undertake a range of duties to develop, deliver, maintain and promote the service. This is a varied role that will involve working with adults, young people and families in diverse situations who have experienced displacement.
The South East Refugee Support team is connected by the common goal of supporting people who have experienced displacement to feel safe and live with dignity. - You can provide sensitive, safe and empowering support to distressed people in vulnerable situations
- You are organised and can plan, manage, monitor and prioritise your own and others workload
- You have knowledge of the roles of statutory and non-statutory agencies in supporting people who have experienced displacement
- You have experience delivering casework to vulnerable clients
