The business is looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Events Coordinator who will support the Business Development and HR teams in the planning and execution of external expos and internal events, as well as production of branded marketing and internal and external collateral.This is a varied role that spans event logistics, merchandise ordering, vendor coordination, and design-support for campaigns, brochures and internal communications.Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):Lead the organisation of our expo-type events: liaise with external teams and venues, coordinate with the BD team on event logistics, manage merchandise orders/distribution, attend events on-site to ensure smooth delivery.Support internal social and corporate events in collaboration with HR: obtain quotes, book venues, manage guest lists and logistics.Manage branded merchandise for both event use and office use: sourcing, ordering, stock control and distribution of items aligned with brand identity.Support design-execution for marketing collateral (not copywriting): work with HR and BD teams to design email templates, sales brochures, PowerPoint presentations and internal campaign communications; ensure on-brand visuals, formats and timely com...
