Job Opportunity: Head of Converged Sales

As the Head of Converged Sales, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of 12-14 sales professionals.
- Drive new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors throughout the UK.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored telco and IT solutions that meet customer needs.
- Foster a high-energy, results-driven culture within the team.
About You
We are seeking an experienced sales leader who:
- Has a strong background in the telco and IT sectors.
- Possesses exceptional leadership skills and a passion for team development.
- Excels in new business sales and relationship building with SME and mid-market clients.
- Is results-oriented, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
