Having experience of working with people who have multiple complex needs and knowledge of homelessness and immigration law is essential. The post holder will lead the Navigator team that supports clients who are on the Target & Priority group and those who are at risk of being evicted or abandoning accommodation and returning to the street. Offering supervision appraisals and leading in team meetings where required. Having good knowledge of the city and good partnership links is desirable.Where: BrightonFull Time Hours: 37.5 per weekFull time Salary: 35220.59 - 37184.91depending on experience pro rata for part time hoursContract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026.Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week.
