An excellent opportunity is available for a detail-orientated Healthcare Policy Administrator to work in a global healthcare and security business based in Chiswick. This is a permanent role working in a dynamic team that offer services throughout the globe and is a great opportunity for a diligent administrative professional with a passion for detail.
Your new role
This position will involve a high degree of attention to detail as it will require sifting through large volumes of contracts on a daily basis, ensuring to spot errors in customers' policies and liaising directly with the customer and the customer service team to provide appropriate advice and support to their customer base. You will do data entry, ensuring accuracy and have a keen eye for mistakes. You will process authorisations, conduct eligibility checks and maintain confidential information.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you must live within easy reach of Chiswick, be able to start on the 14th of October and have previous experience in a data, policy administration, healthcare insurance position or be a recent graduate looking to start their career. You will have excellent attention to detail even when doing repetitive tasks.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered £25,000 plus annual bonus equivalent to 1 months salary (£2,083). for a permanent contract with healthcare insurance, life assurance and holiday including a day off for your birthday. Your working hours are - Monday to Friday and there will be the possibility for hybrid working ( 3 days in the office and 2 from home) between 6 months after start to a ;
