GPSI connects high-level talent with organizations operating at the highest standards of innovation, precision and operational complexity.With a growing client base in North America and Europe, we are looking for a bilingual, motivated and rigorous Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant LOCATED IN THE UNITED KINGDOM, IRELAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, OR POSSIBLY EUROPE to help us expand our impact and deliver exceptional service to our clients in complex industrial and supply chain sectors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Consulting: Advise clients on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and market positioning for critical and leadership roles.Project-Based Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized mandates, including executive searches and technical positions.Market Intelligence: Provide insights on labor trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to guide client decisions.Sourcing & Branding: Develop innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract niche talent globally.Process Optimization: Audit and improve client recruitment processes, implement best practices, and recommend technology solutions (ATS, CRM).Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment between talent strategies and business objectives.Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the aerospace industry or a related manufacturing sector (e.g., automotive, defense, precision engineering).DELIVERABLES & SUCCESS METRICSAs part of his or her role, the Independent Talent Acquisition Consultant’s contribution to the achievement of the Global Partner Solutions objectives is evaluated using the following deliverables and success metrics:Completion of recruitment projects within agreed timelinesQuality of hire and client satisfaction scoresStrategic recommendations implemented by the clientDevelopment of talent pipelines for future needsQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with expertise in technical and industrial sectors.Proven track record in consulting or freelance recruitment projects.Fluently bilingual in French and English (oral and written) for international client support.Strong knowledge of advanced sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and deliver results under tight deadlines.SKILLSStrategic advisory and business acumenAdvanced sourcing and market mapping techniquesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong client relationship managementAdaptability to diverse client environments and project scopesENGAGEMENT MODELFlexible contract terms: hourly, daily, or project-basedRemote-first with optional on-site collaboration for key milestonesAvailability for North American and European clientsCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Work EnvironmentThis role is performed in a remote/home office environment. The employee must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions. Regular use of standard office equipment such as a computer, headset, and other digital tools is required.Physical RequirementsIn performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate via video calls, phone, and email. Frequent use of hands for typing and operating a computer is expected. Occasional standing or walking may be required during virtual meetings or while working from home.Type of Position / Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time remote position.
