Due to the continued growth across the Nova International business, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will support the Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the delivery of recruitment strategies, activities and sourcing across the International business.

This is by no means a high volume vacancy role, but instead you will be tasked with headhunting, market mapping & consulting with stakeholders, as you become an expert in your field.

**Role Accountabilities**

Your responsibilities include, but are not be limited to;
- Provide mentoring, coaching and advice to Hiring Leaders regarding best talent acquisition practice and methodologies.
- Partnering with hiring leaders to consultant on market findings, recruitment activities & negotiations.
- Working with hiring teams to develop effective and appropriate assessment and interview processes for each position (including interview documents, testing and assessment stages)
- Utilise social media to contact active and passive talent pools.
- Build sustainable and relevant talent pipelines to meet future workforce demands.
- Ensure you act as a role model, work collaboratively, always act professionally and enhance positive morale and well-being at internal/external events
- Adhere to and demonstrating Nova core values, guidelines and policy - Trust, Professionalism, Passion, Community
- Carry out other specific roles/duties when required and as directed

**Essential Skills, Knowledge and Attributes**
- Previous experience in either Recruitment Agency or Inhouse Recruitment.
- Proficient in prioritising work based on business needs.
- Commercial awareness & strong business acumen
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the business
- Full work eligibility for the UK

**Desirable Skills, Knowledge and Attributes**
- Previous recruitment experience in a technical or engineering environment.
- Understanding of UK Security clearance & requirements.
