Talent Acquisition Specialist

**About the role**:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment activity for vacancies across the Zellis and Moorepay Business Units, as well as Central Group Functions. These vacancies will sit across a variety of disciplines, and therefore you’ll thrive on managing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders.
- This role will work from our Bristol office on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week in the office), with occasional travel to other locations.
- Key responsibilities will include:
- **Stakeholder management**: Partnering with hiring managers (up to senior leadership team level). Managing a wide range of requisitions, including some volume and some technical hiring. Regular communication with your hiring manager population to ensure they’re kept updated with progress across their vacancies.
- **Market intelligence / external benchmarking**: Providing the business with insights into the external market. Making recommendations around the best routes to market and target competitors for different requisitions. Highlighting any challenges or obstacles to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Zellis or Talent Acquisition Business Partner for Moorepay, as required.
- **Hiring manager capability / coaching**: Ensuring all hiring managers have the minimum standard of capability to assess and make the right hiring decisions for their teams. Providing training and coaching where required.
- **Assessment and selection**: Ensuring hiring managers are aware of the breadth of materials available (Talent Acquisition toolkit), and advising them on the most appropriate assessment methods to use during hiring. The includes interview packs, presentation topics, profiling tools (behavioural and aptitude), and more technical assessment platforms.
- **Routine administration**: Supporting senior colleagues within the Talent Acquisition function with other administrative activities as required.
**Skills & experience**:
- Previous end-to-end in-house or RPO recruitment experience.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload across multiple disciplines (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Finance, HR/Payroll, Project Management, Product, Engineering, etc).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner up to senior leadership team level. Adept at building long-lasting, trusted relationships.
- Good influencing skills.
- Works at pace and can pivot / re-prioritise to accommodate changing business demand.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a natural customer-centric approach to your work.
