**Job description**:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor and Talent Acquisition Associate will be joining our newly formed People Capability Team at an exciting time - contributing to defining and delivering our talent acquisition strategies as part of the delivery of our Recruitment, Retention and Talent ambitions of the Strategic People Plan.

We are looking for people who will bring their talent acquisition experience and fresh ideas to the team to champion and innovate our talent acquisition approaches. Both roles will work collaboratively across the business and with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop innovative attraction, recruitment, and talent initiatives to ensure we are securing the best people working in the right place and are clear on our future talent requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing and evolving Talent Acquisition service. Collaborating with people professionals and stakeholders, these roles will have scope to shape the delivery of our service to ensure we have the talent and people to ultimately contribute to the Inspectorate’s success.

Day to day activities will include:

- Effectively contribute to and deliver a quality Talent Acquisition Service in the delivery of Recruitment, Retention and Talent Management ambitions under the Strategic People Plan whilst positively contributing to the wider Strategic People Plan ambitions.
- Provide a generalist Talent Acquisition service to our stakeholders through stakeholder engagement, advising on, developing and coordinating Talent Acquisition activities for services/functions
- Support or design, develop, maintain and continuously improve our Talent Acquisition approaches utilising technology, emerging trends and coaching to deliver quality campaigns and develop the capabilities of Vacancy Managers.
- Through adopting a consultative approach proactively engage with stakeholders to understand challenges, barriers and successes to effective Talent Acquisition activities - working across Talent Acquisition service to ensure patterns and emerging themes are shared and acted on at a Talent Acquisition service level.

**Role types and Salary details**

There are two roles available at different grades:
1 x HEO - Permanent, Salary Range £36,396 - £39,424

1 x EO - Permanent, Salary Range £28,927 - £31,132

**Office Attendance**

These roles will work across the People Unit and organisation and can therefore expect to be in the office at least once a week.

**Person specification**:
**Essential Criteria**
- CIPD qualified to level 5, or equivalent experience with a commitment to achieve the qualification within 3 years. HEO Only
- CIPD qualified to level 3, or equivalent experience with a commitment to achieve the qualification within 3 years. EO Only
- Experience of working with social media resources and channels to support campaigns
- Experience of different market insights into competitor organisations, their performance, culture, reward, benefits and learning offering.
- Experience of and ability to provide a quality, at pace and agile Talent Acquisition services and solutions to stakeholders.

Additional Criteria for HEO Grade only:

- Experience of ensuring compliance with complex recruitment processes including designing and aligning internal policies and practices to support the principles of fair and open recruitment.
