We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support our growing portfolio across the UK & Ireland. You will be a key member of the TA team, responsible for hiring the best possible talent for the region You will build and refine talent pools, engage and partner with key customers and deliver an outstanding experience to all applicants and hiring leaders.

This role is based in the UK and offers flexibility to be based in the office or ‘hybrid’ working from home with occasional travel to our Bristol or Crawley locations.

**Profile Description**
- Conduct intake meetings for every requirement, partnering with the manager to understand the business and determine the best TA solution
- Research markets and proactively source to generate diverse pools of applicants
- Promote social media content across all available channels
- Lead the offer process, engaging with all parties to deliver best offer first time

- **Position Requirements**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing
- Experience delivering full life cycle recruitment for UK based technical roles
- Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
- Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving
Understands the value of data to inform decision making
- Solid communicator
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Able to work in a matrix environment, using collaborative relationships to achieve goals
- Eye for business and commercial awareness
- Digital literacy, values technology
- Experience using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential

**Security Clearance**: This position requires the ability to obtain a UK security Clearance.
