You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, engage, and hire the people who make ACEPP UK thrive. What You’ll Do Partner with our Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver an inclusive and engaging recruitment experience to all departments. Build warm, long-term candidate relationships, making each person feel valued and respected. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the team's needs and provide thoughtful recruitment advice. Craft engaging job advertisements and spearhead employer branding initiatives that showcase our inclusive culture. Source diverse candidates via innovative channels - networking, LinkedIn, events, and referrals. Support interview coordination, communication, and onboarding - helping new hires feel welcome from day one. What You’ll Bring Some experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, either in-house or agency-side. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you’re approachable, empathetic, and organised. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with an eye for detail. Interest in engineering or technical sectors is a plus, but not required. Curiosity and willingness to learn are most important. A genuine passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
