- Manage all customers and sites within the designated area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Retain and grow the existing customer base while revitalizing dormant accounts.
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring alignment with company policies.
- Conduct site surveys and assist with Health & Safety assessments as required.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across your region.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Adhere to the company’s QHSE policies at all times, ensuring compliance across your responsibilities.
- Have proven sales experience in the powered access or plant hire industries.
- Be results-driven, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Show commitment to providing outstanding customer service and developing long-term client relationships.
