An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a friendly and supportive team at a top legal 500 firm based in Birmingham city centre.

My client is known for the efforts it goes to, to ensure that its staff are content and happy in their work environment. This position would suit a personable person who likes working within a team. 

The Role 

  • You would be supporting fee earners throughout the firm’s three offices – You will be working across all departments, having exposure to all fields of law
  • Your day to day tasks would include – opening maintaining and closing files, preparing financial documentation, using the case management system to full effect, occasional reception cover, as well as the typing up of documents and client correspondence

 You

  • You will ideally have had experience working within different areas of law, be highly organised with a friendly and approachable disposition
  • You will have excellent typing skills and have a client-centric approach to your work
