Summary

Reckless is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and strategy-focused Marketing Manager to lead our team in creating effective strategies to drive our marketing activity and create a buoyant new business sales pipeline. 


The Role

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales pipeline growth across our target industries (ICPs). You'll work closely with the internal digital marketing team to implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with our sales and marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand buyer personas and ICPs within our target sectors.
  • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel marketing and demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, paid advertising (PPC), and events (webinar, conferences).
  • You will have the support of PPC/SEO team members etc to assist with these activities
  • Develop and nurture high-quality content (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts) to educate and engage target audiences.
  • Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline lead generation and nurture processes.
  • Analyse campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the internal digital marketing team and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Generate reports and track key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing activities and demonstrate return on investment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing and demand generation trends and technologies.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or similar lead generation role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing lead generation campaigns that deliver results.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas, ICPs, and the marketing funnel.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Agency experience would be a preference but not essential.


Please note: While experience in our sector is a plus, the most important factors are a strong understanding of marketing and demand generation principles, a proven track record of success, and a passion for our company and future goals
