Senior Sales Manager EMEA

Our client, a leading player in the industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join their team. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the organisation's commercial objectives. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a real impact in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Speaking a second language (i.e. French/Spanish/Italian) is essential

Contract: Permanent
Location: London, hybrid working 3 days in the office (Tues & Weds compulsory)
Salary: £60,000 + 15% Bonus
Benefits: 25 days annual leave, 1 day increase for every 5 years of service, 3 nights per year to have the chance to sample Luxury experiences, Monthly welfare initiatives, Company socials, Additional maternity leave
Responsibilities:
- Establish short-term and long-term sales strategies in line with the organisational vision and commercial objectives.
- Manage specialist rail & cruise trade accounts and lead a team of Commercial Office and Private Client Managers in Europe.
- Seek out new sales opportunities to generate revenue for the company.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to drive profitable growth.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the EMEA travel industry and/or luxury sector.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving profitable growth through astute sales leadership.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Strong time management, organisational, and administrative abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Customer service excellence.
