Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Sales Manager, EMEA

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our global sales team as a Senior Sales Manager, EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth in the EMEA region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with the global sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of key clients and stakeholders in the EMEA region.
  • Provide sales training and support to SLH hotels in the EMEA region.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, or Italian) a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including weekends.
