**Job Title:** Senior Sales Manager, EMEA
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our global sales team as a Senior Sales Manager, EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth in the EMEA region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the EMEA region.
- Work closely with the global sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of key clients and stakeholders in the EMEA region.
- Provide sales training and support to SLH hotels in the EMEA region.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that support sales efforts.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in one or more additional languages (Spanish, French, or Italian) a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel frequently, including weekends.
