We are proud to partner with a successful, growth minded IT Managed Services provider helping organisations with scalable cloud and infrastructure solutions across both Managed IT and Project Services.



The role...

They now require an experienced, hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to join the business. You will work in a fast paced service environment as part of the infrastructure team across a mix of projects and high level escalation support from the service desk when required. You will scope out and implement projects for customers across a variety of infra stack technologies.

This will include exciting projects and customer site work to ensure a variety in your workload.



What's needed...

You will possess a deep understanding of both cloud and on-prem infrastructure including:


- Azure, Entra ID, ADDS across IaaS/PaaS platforms

- Windows Server, Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware)

- Exchange, Intune, Microsoft 365, Powershell

- Storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI)

- VPN's + Private Cloud services


*Ideally, you will also have a basic understanding of network routing, switching, firewall configuration and SQL server but not essential.


- Problem solving, diagnosing and resolving complex issues

- A methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving infrastructure

- Customer facing skills, good communication and collaboration

- Capable of documenting processes, writing clear and concise reports

- Ability to explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
