Marketing Manager Demand GenerationAbout the role and teamWe are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager Demand Generation to plan execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth across Acrisure UK Retail.You will play a key role in developing and delivering targeted demand generation cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that connect marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes.This role works closely with the wider marketing team external agencies and subject matter experts to ensure every campaign is data-driven insight-led and aligned with strategic priorities.You will be part of a marketing function that is evolving into a true growth engine with the autonomy to innovate test and deliver campaigns that make a real commercial impact.How you will contributeCampaign Planning & DeliveryDevelop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channelsDefine campaign objectives target audiences and success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholdersBuild campaign plans with clear timelines budgets and OKRs/KPIsExecute day-to-day delivery ensuring creative messaging and execution align with brand standards and strategic goalsContent & EnablementCoordinate content creation with design and copywriters to support campaignsDevelop key assets such as landing pages emails and sales enablement materialsEnsure all content reinforces Acrisures brand message and value propositionAnalytics & OptimisationUse analytics to refine targeting messaging and creative to drive conversion ratesTrack and report on campaign performance providing actionable recommendations to enhance effectivenessApply a test learn and optimise methodology to improve campaign performance and marketing ROICollaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to scale successful campaign approachesRequirements5 years experience in marketing ideally within insurance financial services or another complex multi-stakeholder environmentProven ability to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that achieve measurable commercial resultsStrong analytical mindset confident interpreting data and translating insights into actionExcellent project management and organisational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approachEffective communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsCollaborative growth-focused mindset and confidence working in a fast-paced scaling environmentRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Sales Experience,Door-to-Door Experience,B2B Sales,Time Management,Marketing,Cold Calling,Salesforce,Inside Sales,Telemarketing,Customer relationship management,CRM Software,Lead Generation Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
