DescriptionSuffolk County CouncilLocation: Endeavour House Ipswich IP1 2BX - HybridSalary: 34434 per annum (pro rata for part time)Hours: 37 hours per week flexible working options availableContract: PermanentJoin a Team Driving Innovation in Social Care SystemsAs a Systems Support and Development Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring these systems are fit for purpose support frontline practice and evolve in line with service needs and national developments.Reimagine the possibilities.What Youll Be DoingProvide expert support to practitioners finance teams and managers in their daily use of systems and workflow processes resolving complex issues with confidence and clarity.Contribute to system development helping shape enhancements that improve functionality and user experience.Maintain and optimise system tools that enable staff to deliver effectively within the operating models and transformation programmes across both adult and childrens services.Play a key role in system upgrades including preparation testing and implementation of new versions.Engage with system users supporting training feedback collection and continuous improvement initiatives.What Youll BringExtensive experience working with and supporting Liquidlogic and Controcc systems.A strong track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and service delivery.Proven ability to deliver business analysis that drives meaningful change across large complex organisations.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex or sensitive information for diverse non-technical audiences.You can view a full list of requirements in theJob and Person Profile (Word).If you believe you can succeed in this role apply.
