Join a team driving innovation in social care systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an established team supporting the continuous improvement of Suffolk County Council's Liquidlogic Adults and Children's Social Care systems, Early Help modules, ContrOCC finance systems and associated portals. These systems are vital to delivering high-quality care and support across the county.
As a Senior Support and Development Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring these systems are fit for purpose, support frontline practice, and evolve in line with service needs and national developments.
Your role and responsibilities
- Deliver expert support and guidance to system users across Adult Services, ensuring effective and confident use of digital tools.
- Maintain and enhance social care recording and finance systems, including the development of forms, workflows, and practice guidance to support service delivery.
- Ensure systems are aligned with operational needs, financial procedures, and transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and deputise for the Development Lead when required, contributing to strategic decision-making and leadership.
- Support accurate and timely data collection to enable both statutory and non-statutory reporting requirements.
- Lead system development projects from configuration through to testing and implementation, ensuring solutions meet user and organisational needs.
- Mentor junior team members, delegate tasks appropriately, and actively contribute to their professional development.
You will need
- Extensive experience in supporting and navigating complex systems, particularly Liquidlogic and Controcc, within adult social care environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse business needs and deliver process improvements that enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences across Adult Social Care teams.
- Proven capability in building and maintaining effective working relationships at all organisational levels.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities and leading projects from initiation through to completion.
- A solid understanding of adult social care services, including relevant legislation and statutory requirements.
