Are you looking for a fantastic IT Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line job in Ipswich, Suffolk? My client is a well-established, successful, profitable organisation. Due to expansion, they currently require an IT Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line to join theirbusiness.
The main responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst - 1st / 2nd Line will include:

- 1st and 2nd line ticket resolution and first point of contact of IT service calls.
- Client/server support using investigation, diagnosis, and resolution.
- Proactively monitor the Service Desk tickets ensuring compliance with SLA's.
- Ensure all desk side devices are well maintained, updated, and supported.
- Ensure all user/device/service accounts are managed and maintained.
- Configuration and deployment of end user solutions including PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices and printers.
- Identify recurring issues, action fault diagnosis and advise remedial action for first time fixes.
- Ensure client computers are effectively patched with security and critical updates.
- Microsoft Windows client operating systems, particularly Windows 10/11.
- Windows server 2016 and 2019.
- Microsoft Office 2016/2019/2021 & O365.
- MS Active Directory account administration.
- Deskside hardware
