My client is at the forefront of the transition to a green economy. Their goal is clear: to help companies in the energy transition period understand, and reduce, their environmental impact.
As a growing startup, with aspirations to become a leading name in environmental intelligence, their culture is shaped by ambition, collaboration, and constant innovation. The team has expanded rapidly, doubling in size in 2022 and 2023, and they’ve recently opened new offices globally.
What will you be doing as Head of Sales:
- Develop and implement an overarching sales and business development strategy in collaboration with the CTO and CEO.
- Establish and optimize sales processes, structures, and best practices across the company.
- Generate new business leads, identify key decision-makers, and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Spearhead impactful pitches and presentations for clients and industry partners.
- Work closely with Marketing to produce compelling, sector-leading content.
- Represent the business at UK and international events and conferences, building networks and enhancing market presence.
- Manage and grow sales team.
Experience needed as Head of Sales:
- Proven success in a B2B sales role within Climate-Tech.
- Experience leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of strategic, consultative B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to create impactful sales processes and collateral.
- Track record in sales negotiations and closing high-value deals.
