**The Role - Head of Sales**
This innovative company was founded 3 years ago and has been growing exponentially since its launch. They are now seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Head of Sales to join their growing team. The role will focus on finding new Landlords and suitable high-endproperties to rent to a portfolio of business partners.
Base salary: £55k
OTE: £77k+

**Responsibilities as Head of Sales**
- Leading all outbound sales activities
- Managing and structuring the CRM system
- Hiring and leading a team of negotiators as the company continues to grow
- Developing and nurturing contacts in the industry to find new Landlords and partners
- Using contacts and associates to generate successful and fruitful business leads
- Visiting potential properties to ascertain if they are of a suitable high standard
- Preparing offers for Landlords, negotiating offers, and finalising deals
- Attending relevant networking and industry events
- Creating partnerships with agencies who can help generate new Landlord leads
- As this is a fast-growing company, you will be expected to assist with other activities as the business requires

**Experience Required as Head of Sales**
- Experience in growing and leading a successful sales team
- Solid proven experience in strategic Business Development in the real estate / property sector
- Experience in dealing directly with Landlords
- Good negotiation skills and communication skills
- Driven and ambitious, with a desire to grow a team and develop alongside the company
- Quick and effective learner
