We have a rewarding opportunity for an experienced and motivated candidate to join our Environmental Planning Service team as a Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Consultant to support and advise our clients on their infrastructure projects.


A range of offices across the UK would be considered for the right candidate but a location in London, Leeds or Manchester would be preferred.


Role Responsibility

  • Provide expert advice on environmental and EIA issues to clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Coordinate EIA and environmental projects with internal teams and external consultants.
  • Manage projects from feasibility to construction
  • Proactively manage project programmes and budgets.
  • Lead bids and sales for multidisciplinary environmental projects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various technical disciplines.
  • Expertly interpret and communicate complex data and develop clear solutions for clients.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Associate or Full Member of IEMA or a similar institution.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in EIA or environmental consultancy roles.
  • Passionate about environmental and sustainable development.
  • Strong understanding of UK EIA regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience with diverse infrastructure projects of various scales.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using GIS, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivated to grow professionally and share knowledge with others.
  • Proven ability to win projects and build lasting client relationships.
