This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking business known for its innovation, quality and commitment to employee development. The Role : As an Account Coordinator, youll take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring an outstanding client experience from order to delivery. This is a key role where youll be the main point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely solutions. Key Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of customer account coordination and support Provide regular order updates and handle any customer queries or issues Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless order flow Process orders, transactions, and related documentation Proactively engage with customers to build strong, lasting relationships Carry out general administrative support as required About You: Proven background in customer service or account coordination Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential A proactive, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail Benefits Include : 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Company pension scheme Professional development and training opportunities Subsidised on-site canteen Employee rewards platform with retail discounts Free on-site parking Additional Information : Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
