**The Role**:
We are currently looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join our collaborative and welcoming Clear Voice team, on a Permanent Contract. You will support the sales and partnership team in managing existing client's accounts by developing relationships andproviding excellent customer service. This role will assist with communicating regularly with all our clients, developing and growing the existing accounts and supporting the growth of the business. The Account Coordinator will recommend services to existingclients to improve their offering. They will regularly communicate with finance, clients, framework providers, suppliers and will be collecting data to support growth and continual improvement of Clear Voice.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Building lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommending the most suitable products or services to improve satisfaction
- Building a comprehensive knowledge of company offers and demonstrating those benefits to clients
- Following up and updating customers about the latest offers and promotions
- Working with Operations teams to provide effective customer service before and after closing sales
- Conducting market and competitor research, keeping up with trends within the sector
- Resolving invoice complaints and concerns and reporting their feedback to finance and operations
- Researching prospective and existing clients for a better understanding of their needs as well as generating and following-up business leads
- Monitoring key performance indicators of sales and marketing campaigns and creating comprehensive reports to improve results
- Input into the sales and partnership strategy to outline where opportunities are arising, providing support with lead generating sales and marketing campaigns into existing and new markets.
- Assist marketing coordinator to develop content for marketing materials, social media and website content, and assist with producing regular client communications that are timely and engaging.
- Provide excellent customer service and relationship building skills in all interactions.
- Monitor and report on the outcomes of sale, sharing new ideas or suggestions for improvements based on customer feedback with the Senior Management Team
- Provide administration support for tender and bid writing.
- Support the Sales and Partnerships team in working with clients to develop management reports and client reports.

**Experience and skills**:

- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to relate to wide range of people
- Previous experience of delivering training and coaching staff
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel and databases; particularly in making and keeping accurate and timely records
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels, verbally and in writing, with diverse groups or individuals
- Have high attention to detail and ability to problem solve
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure, both individually and in a team
