We are recruiting a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing healthcare company. If you have a solid track record in medical sales and enjoy building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, this is the perfect opportunity to further your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across the Herts/Bedfordshire/East Anglia/Luton/MK/Buckinghamshire regions, focusing on building a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain relationships with NHS professionals, hospitals, and community leaders, ensuring they receive the best products and solutions.
- Work closely with senior decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating and influencing to close deals.
- Exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and market plans.
- Keep up with competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead and provide valuable insights.
- Contribute to overall business growth by developing new business areas and maintaining detailed business plans.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven success in medical sales, preferably within the woundcare or infection Prevention market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
- Experience working with the NHS, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
- A commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to securing new business opportunities.
- Full UK driving license (no more than 3 points) and willingness to travel across the North of England.
