What You Can Expect

  • Location – Dunstable
  • Salary - £500 per day inside IR35
  • Industry – Hospitality
  • Work Type – 6-month contract (potential to go perm)


Key Responsibilities as an ER Delivery Manager

  • HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders in navigating complex ER cases for optimal business outcomes.
  • Review risks from legal, financial, and public image viewpoints.
  • Deliver responsive ER solutions nationally.
  • Mentoring and coaching of the HR advisor.


Core Experience and Skills

  • Experience in BAU but also redundancies/settlements/restructures/TUPE/ ER change is essential
  • Happy to do 3 days per week onsite in Dunstable.
