Receptionist / Front of House Administrator

  • Location: Broadland Business Park
  • Job Type: Temporary (potential for permanent)

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist / Front of House Administrator to join our growing business located in Broadland Business Park. This role is the face of our company, handling reception and front desk duties with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Managing the reception area and acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Receiving inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate departments, and handling queries.
  • Performing general office administration tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Handling postal duties, including sorting and distributing mail.
  • Receiving deliveries and ensuring they are directed to the correct recipients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using email and phone systems.
  • A welcoming and professional demeanour.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
