ABI Clinical Lead (Psychologist in Neuropsychology)

As the Clinical Lead, you’ll drive clinical quality, support operational teams, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes for the people we support. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure care delivery aligns with NICE guidelines, regulatory standards, and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and develop a team of nurses and therapists to deliver outstanding clinical support.
  • Quality & Compliance: Monitor service performance and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operational leaders to integrate clinical excellence into service delivery.
  • Innovation: Develop and deliver training, policies, and therapeutic programmes to advance care quality.


What We’re Looking For

  • A recognised healthcare qualification (e.g.Psychologist in Neuropsychology, Nursing) and registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Experience in clinical leadership within ABI or complex care settings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and ethical approach to leadership, committed to continuous professional development.
