As part of our expanding business, we are looking for a skilled Multi-Site Groundworks Supervisor to join our Specialist Services Team, responsible for overseeing Groundworkers and Groundworker Team Leaders on various projects across multiple retail sites.

This is a Head Office based position in Chelmsford, but due to the nature of the role, flexibility is required. You will be expected to travel across the UK to actively monitor, support, and audit teams on-site which will involve staying away from home for up to four nights per week at times to ensure that all teams are properly supervised and supported.

You'll play a vital part in ensuring teams work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company protocols, driving quality and performance standards while managing people, compliance, and health & safety.
