Job Title: Working Groundworks Supervisor

Horizon Parking Ltd is a leading car park management company, providing a range of services nationwide. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Working Groundworks Supervisor to join our team.

This is a home-based role, with regular travel across the UK, using our Chelmsford office as a base. The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly, including overnight stays, and must be willing to work both day and night shifts.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £20-£21, with a minimum of 48 hours per week. Additional benefits include a company van, fuel card, annual bonus scheme, and Penfold Pension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise work on site, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
  • Carry out general construction work, including paving, kerbing, and installing equipment.
  • Ensure full compliance with company and on-site client health and safety policies.
  • Deliver high-quality work, meeting company and client expectations.
  • Undertake any other duties as reasonably required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a grounds maintenance supervisory role.
  • Experience of using power tools and equipment.
  • CSCS Card and SSSTS.
  • Ability to work at heights and hold a full driving licence.
