**Job Summary:**
As a Groundworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of groundworks operations, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and that high-quality work is delivered in line with company and client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise groundworks operations on site, ensuring compliance with company and client health and safety policies and requirements.
- Manage a team of groundworkers, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that groundworks operations are completed to the required standard.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of groundworks operations, including completion reports and permits to work.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a supervisory role within the groundworks sector.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel.
