Equans is looking for a Soft FM Manager to join our team in The National Archives, Ruskin Avenue, TW9 4DU on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £35,000.00 - 42,000.00 depending to skills and experience and benefits package. Shift Times: Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00 What will you deliver? As a Soft FM Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of soft services across the client estate, including Helpdesk, Porterage, Post, Waste, and Cleaning services. The postholder will maintain a detailed understanding of the site and its operational requirements, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services. Acting as a key coordination point, the role involves daily liaison between internal teams, clients, management, and members of the public to support effective communication and service delivery. A core responsibility is to oversee all site activities with a strong focus on compliance, health and safety, and operational continuity, ensuring that the contractual requirement of 100% uptime is achieved. The role also includes accountability for maintaining adequate shift cover and manning levels to support uninterrupted operations What can we offer you?
