Equans is looking for a Soft FM M anager to join our team in The National Archives, Ruskin Avenue, TW9 4DU on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £35,000.00 - 42,000.00 depending to skills and experience and benefits package.
Shift Times:
Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00
As a Soft FM Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of soft services across the client estate, including Helpdesk, Porterage, Post, Waste, and Cleaning services. The role also includes accountability for maintaining adequate shift cover and manning levels to support uninterrupted operations

Computer literate (experience using Microsoft Office)
Experience of working in facilities management, or hospitality with a focus on building user experience
