Our client is one of the UK’s leading managed print services providers, partnering with global vendors to deliver high-performance solutions focused on achieving greater utilisation, maintenance and optimisation of their clients print technology environment.


To drive continued success across the UK, they are looking to attract an experienced telesales professional with aspirations of carving out a long-term career path and capable of servicing existing client needs and generating qualified sales leads and appointments for the business development team.


You will assume responsibility for the following duties and tasks:


  • Create new business sales leads within your assigned UK territory via outbound sales calls to new, existing, and lapsed clients
  • Qualify the client’s requirements and arrange a suitable follow-up appointment for the territory sales team
  • Work with existing clients to provide effective account management and cross-sell, up-sell opportunities
  • Effectively record all telesales activity and provide accurate weekly reporting of the client pipeline and progressive outcomes
  • Attend sales and product training sessions and courses as required


The successful applicant will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes:


  • Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic and results focused
  • Strong telesales & lead generation experience ideally gained within a technology environment
  • Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with clients to executive level
  • A collaborative and consultative approach coupled with the ability to work autonomously to deliver results
  • Experience of Salesforce CRM (or equivalent) and the ability to deliver accurate, clear, and concise forecasting and reporting
