Hi, we’re Ph.Creative A dynamic Employer Brand agency, we help companies craft stories that engage and inspire, so they can hire – and keep – the talent they need. We're on the lookout for a creative Social Media Executive to support with the management of our client social media strategies and content calendars.

What you’ll do:
Create a Social Media Strategy:
- Develop a bold social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, (plus emerging platforms) with the support of an experienced Social Media Manager.
- Push boundaries with fun and quirky content that aligns with our mission to make employer brands irresistible.
- Keep up with social media trends, memes, and moments to engage audiences in fresh and relevant ways, whilst maintaining clients’ brand consistency and showcasing understanding for the target audience.
Source & Create Great Content:
- Work with our clients and internal creative team to develop fresh and exciting content.
- Collaborate with our in-house designers, copywriters, and video team to craft visual storytelling that captivates our clients’ audiences.
Engage our Clients:
- Engaging with clients, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed promptly.
- Build strong client relationships through meaningful interactions, including responding to comments, initiating conversations, and encouraging their input and involvement.
- Stay responsive to real-time events and social moments that align with our clients’ brand personality, ensuring clients feel connected and valued.
Manage Campaigns:
- Plan and execute effective social media campaigns that achieve a range of KPI’s for clients.
- Experiment with new formats (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok Challenges, LinkedIn Polls) to engage and delight our clients’ target audience.
- Collaborate with our creative teams and clients to ensure campaigns are fun and impactful.
Drive Growth (using Data):
- Use social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics) to track performance.
- Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to increase engagement, followers and reach.
- Continuously optimize content based on performance data and social trends.
Engage with Influencers and Partners:
- Collaborate with industry influencers, employer brand advocates and thought leaders to amplify any campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with external partners to maximize collaboration opportunities.
Monitor the Brand and Innovate:
- Monitor brand mentions and conversations in the employer branding space, joining in where appropriate and driving the narrative in a fun and creative way.
- Stay ahead of the curve, proactively experimenting with new trends, tools, and tactics to keep our clients’ social channels innovative and lively.
What you’ll bring:
- A solid understanding of popular platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, and how to create content for each.
- Enthusiasm about producing brilliant and shareable content, with the ability to collaborate with our creative studio (designers, videographers, copywriters) to activate the best content for our clients.
- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to flex communication styles across different stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organised and meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude and the initiative to brainstorm creative ideas.
- Experience with tracking social media performance (e.g., using platform analytics) and a willingness to learn how to measure success.
- An eagerness to keep up with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and social media happenings that could make our client content stand out.
Skills we’d appreciate:
- 1-2 years experience: Professional experience managing social media channels (can be an internship/apprenticeship) required.
- Willingness to Learn: Openness to experimenting with new content formats, tools, and ideas to keep up with the evolving social landscape.
- Basic Creative Knowledge: An understanding of design and copywriting, to help shape and direct content creation for client accounts.
