Including the development of personnel and team objectives ensuring continuous development, training and improvement to provide a flexible, motivated workforce capable of maintaining and improving our existing systems.What are we looking for?- Engineering Degree educated with a proven track record in an EfW Management role.- Evidence of a strong technical background in EfW and Waste Management in general.- Experience in the identification of opportunities that add value to the bottom line and implementation through good project management skills.- Experience of a professional and disciplined approach to management, working in conjunction with operational teams ensuring performance expectations, service standards and people development are met.- Strong leadership skills involving a multi-disciplined team.- Commitment and determination to meet personal objectives.
