This position is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketeer to develop the Brand as well as Own Label products. You’ll join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, create a strategy to grow market share, brand reputation and improve customer experience. You will have ownership and responsibility for developing the brand, as well as providing a holistic view of the business in terms of all marketing and key stakeholder relationships.


Responsibilities to include:

  • Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities for new and existing products, ensuring collaboration with the Commercial team
  • Expanding and developing marketing platforms including social media platforms
  • Identifying trends and NPD opportunities across the business
  • Developing the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Translating brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Analysing the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns
  • Analysing sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales, return on investment and key performance metrics
  • Working closely with the Commercial and Insights team to coordinate the production of marketing materials and printed collateral and ensuring that marketing collateral is kept up to date and produced for key markets as needed
  • Working with the Technical team to manage existing product development – designing labels and trays for the brands product range.
  • Helping to maintain the businesses website pages


Qualifications & Competencies

  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in marketing
  • 2.1 or above in a relevant business or marketing degree
  • Ability to prioritise, multi task and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated and project-driven
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Ideally a foodie
