What are the main Customer Services/Finance responsibilities
As a Customer Services Assistant you will have a varied role where your responsibilities will include:
Customer Services
- Answering & directing incoming calls
- Providing quotations to customers
- Processing sales and supplier purchase orders
- Responding to emails
- Dealing with demo stock requests
- Dealing with the sales teams bootstock
- Updating supplier/customer information
- NonConformance Reporting and credit note raising
- Any other administration duties that may require any support
Finance Flair
- Managing outstanding invoices
- Sending regular statements and copy invoices
- New customer onboarding
- New supplier onboarding.
- Supplier statement reconciliations and remittances
