Experienced Export Sales Manager required for London office

Our client is a market leader within Highways Safety and Environmental Products looking to hire an experienced Export Sales Manager, based out of their offices in London, managing a small team with excellent growth plans If you have the Export Sales Experience and would like to know more then read on

The Role:
  1. Selling the company's manufactured range of specialist Highways Safety and Environmental Products, which includes Waste Management Products, High Street Furniture, Bollards, and Seating Solutions.
  2. Dealing with overseas clients, including Channel, Distribution, and In-Direct Sales.
  3. Managing a small internal Export Sales team of 4 with a long-term view of expanding the team and the entire export division to 14+ heads.
  4. Responsible for all regions except Western Europe and the USA.
  5. Proactive research, approach, onboarding, and development of new customers.
  6. Analyse country-by-country sales performance and identify opportunities for growth via indirect sales and marketing approaches.
  7. Oversee the entire sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Identifying new and managing existing Distribution networks.

Office based in London - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm. Huge growth potential.

The Candidate:
  1. Must have Export Sales experience.
  2. Previous Leadership/Management Experience.
  3. Sold a product by demonstration.
  4. Experience of selling to a distribution network.
  5. Happy to be office-based Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

  1. Up to £55k basic salary dependent on experience.
  2. £6K London weighting.
