Were seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager who can drive innovation across our work order platforms automation solutions and first-party applications.Key job responsibilities- Drive product strategy and execution for work flow and automation initiatives- Define and manage product requirements for workflow applications supporting marketing operations content localization and campaign management- Lead the development of technical specifications and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements- Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple technology stacks (Salesforce automation tools custom applications) to ensure successful solution delivery- Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements validate solutions and ensure adoption- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical capabilities- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness and identify areas for improvement- Manage product backlog prioritize features and participate in agile ceremonies- Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other countries.- Experience in technical product management program management or engineering- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning- Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight- Experience with Salesforce or JIRA or experience in development or technical supportAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
