The Prime Video and Studios Global Operations team is at the heart of this mission, ensuring flawless execution of our content marketing and delivery workflows. We're seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager who can drive innovation across our work order platforms, automation solutions, and first-party applications.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive product strategy and execution for work flow and automation initiatives
- Define and manage product requirements for workflow applications supporting marketing operations, content localization, and campaign management
- Lead the development of technical specifications and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple technology stacks (Salesforce, automation tools, custom applications) to ensure successful solution delivery
- Partner with global stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure adoption
- Create and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business priorities and technical capabilities
- Develop and track key performance metrics to measure solution effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and participate in agile ceremonies
- Role is global in nature and will work with teams in other countries.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience with end to end product delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience with Salesforce or JIRA, or experience in development or technical support
