HR Manager Our client, known locally as an employer of choice are looking for an experienced HR Manager to come in and take control of the companies HR strategies. Job Duties Use HR experience and employment law knowledge to coach and advise senior team Identifying the organisations needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy Overseeing management of HR Software system. Assist with the recruitment process for the branch if and when required Organising and overseeing individual and team training programmes Planning regular employee performance reviews and feeding back to the business Developing and implementing employee retention programmes or strategies Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce Understanding the current recruitment trends and your organisations markets to identify the impact upon the business Anticipating the organisations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics Developing and implementing strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business Monitoring and reporting on key staff engagement measures Essential CIPD level 5 Qualification or equivalent Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Minimum of 3 years experience managing a HR Team Experience of managing a variety of administrative tasks The successful candidate will receive: Attractive Salary 4 day work week Flexi Time Career Progression A Range of employee benefits If you are interested in this position click on the apply link below or call for more information Skills: HR Management CIPD HR Processes Employment law
