About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled Bid Manager to join our business. As our Bid Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling and persuasive proposals in response to various tender invitations and bid opportunities and own the bid process from start to finish.


Additionally, you will be responsible for managing our marketing efforts and enhancing our social media presence to increase brand visibility and drive business growth through the management of a marketing/social media assistant.


This role requires a strong combination of persuasive writing skills, marketing expertise, and an understanding of the construction industry.


You will collaborate closely with various teams, including commercial, project managers, engineers, and external agencies.


About you

  • Technical construction experience from either a commercial or operational background
  • Demonstrable bid writing/submissions skills.
  • Ability to manage own time with multiple tasks and within deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • A self-motivated and proactive approach
