As a rapidly growing tech scale-up with a clear exit strategy, our client is now looking to expand their team by hiring an Account Manager for their Enterprise division, based in their London office.
What You'll Receive
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you can expect a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, with uncapped commission. Additional benefits include a strong pension plan, discounted gym membership, a flexible working model, and a personal development budget for professional courses. The role requires you to work from their London office three days a week, so candidates must be based within a one-hour commute from Central London.
What You'll Do
As an Account Manager in the Enterprise team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of key enterprise clients. Your duties will include onboarding clients, acting as the primary point of contact, educating them on new products, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will drive growth within your accounts, using your sales expertise to identify and seize expansion opportunities. This is a commercially focused role, so a growth mindset is essential to success.
What You'll Need
The ideal Enterprise Account Manager will have experience managing larger accounts in a commercially-driven environment. You should possess strong client management skills, a clear understanding of the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and a sales-oriented approach.
